Throttle Bodies
2930 Series, IDF style
 IDF style throttle bodies are compact,
downdraft, two barrel units equally at home on a V8 or VW and Porsche
four cylinder, air cooled engines. They are available in 40, 45, 48, 50
and 55 mm bore sizes. TWM machines all four of the injector pockets
during manufacture, supplying plugs for the unwanted pockets and removing
the unwanted rail brackets (on 1999 models) at the time of ordering. Air
horns for the IDF style throttle bodies are available in lengths from
35 mm to 115 mm

The left hand
unit has a 5/16 " D-drive for a throttle position sensor. The
right hand unit is fitted with a shaft threaded at both ends. A typical
part number for the 2930 Series would look like this:
2930-4804/L where 48 is the throttle plate diameter and L
refers to the unit with the TPS drive.
