The eighth annual European Car Show was held on Sunday, March 31, 2019, at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles. This is only the event’s second year at the Petersen Museum and was once again hosted by HRE Performance Wheels, California Car Cover, and dub-Nation. Due to the event’s overwhelming turnout the previous year, the show area was expanded in order to accommodate more vehicles. The charity event benefits the Petersen Automotive Museum and their efforts to “spread the love of the automobile to future generations”.
BORLA was one of the many feature sponsors that attended the event and they took the opportunity to show off their latest offerings. The displays included: B9 Audi S4 S-Type Cat-Back system, CrateMufflers, Active 2018+ Mustang GT systems, and DCOE replacement Individual Throttle Body kit. In addition to the displays, the BORLA booth also featured a few vehicles all equipped with the company’s exhaust systems. The vehicles included a 2015 MK7 Golf R belonging to BORLA’s Marketing Manager, Jason Gelinas, a MK2 Audi TT owned by the company’s Senior Product Manager, Ola Lysenstoen, and a 2016 MK7 Volkswagen GTI.
As expected, the event was a success thanks to all of the sponsors and attendees. EURO19 provided an excellent show for fellow car enthusiasts to meet, check out each other’s cars, and just enjoy the day. It also gave manufacturers and vendors the opportunity to interact with the community which plays an important role in having a successful automotive aftermarket company. The attendees of the show also had the chance to visit the Museum and check out their beautiful collection.
