The Explorer continues to be the best-selling SUV in Ford's lineup. As popular as the SUV is, the stock exhaust leaves much to be desired. The quiet factory system is ripe for a much-needed improvement. That's where Borla comes in.
Borla's exhaust systems for the 5th and 6th generation Ford Explorer have been tuned for the 2.3L, 3.5L, and 3.0L EcoBoost engines. Designing engine-specific Cat-Back systems allows Borla to get the most performance and the best sound for each application. The S-Type sound level gives a balanced, sporty sound that is markedly better than the stock exhaust. Available only for the ST model, the ATAK delivers a head-turning, racing growl. In typical Borla fashion, all of our exhaust systems are free of drones for a comfortable driving experience. We offer a few different tip finishes including chrome, black chrome, and carbon fiber.
