The BORLA® R&D Team has developed an awesome sounding exhaust for your Sonata. Our Cat-Back™ system is specifically tuned for the Hyundai 1.6L engine. The S-Type system delivers a sound that is much sportier than stock, yet still refined and far from obnoxious. Not to mention, a drone-free driving experience for comfort during cruising speeds. System includes a flow plate to eliminate check engine light that may be caused by the increase of airflow of the BORLA® system. The muffler features BORLA®'s Polyphonic Exhaust Harmonizer technology which utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full bodied sound. The system features 3.5" bright chrome on T-304 stainless stelel tips. A system with black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips is also available.
