Do Not Sell Policy
Effective September 2, 2025
Why We Have This Policy
For over 40 years, Borla has built its reputation on premium quality, innovation, and performance. To protect our brand, business partners, and customers, Borla unilaterally enforces a Do Not Sell (DNS) Policy.
At Borla's sole discretion, entities may be placed on the DNS List and restricted from purchasing BORLA® products.
While on the DNS List, a reseller is subject to the following:
- No BORLA® products will be sold or shipped
- Orders will not be accepted, and pending orders may be cancelled
- Removal from Borla's dealer locator
- Loss of the right to use Borla trademarks and intellectual property
Note: If a parent company operates multiple stores or websites, all affiliated entities may be listed if any one of them is placed on the DNS List.
Reasons for DNS Placement
Inclusion on the DNS List is not punitive but reflects Borla's business decision to protect its brand and customers. DNS placement may occur without prior notice and at Borla's sole discretion.
Examples of conduct that may result in DNS placement include (non-exhaustive):
- Excessive customer complaints (order fulfillment issues, inaccurate info, poor service)
- Selling counterfeit or modified products as genuine BORLA parts
- Deceptive or misleading sales practices (bait-and-switch, false fitment/warranty claims, inaccurate listings)
- Selling BORLA products on unauthorized third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.)
- Using third-party logistics or drop-shipping that conceals seller identity
- Operating unbranded websites or storefronts tied to unauthorized resellers
- Diverting BORLA products through unauthorized intermediaries
- Misusing BORLA trademarks, trade dress, or branding
- Selling to an entity already on the DNS List
- Violation of any Borla policy
Request for Reconsideration
Any party listed on the DNS List may request reconsideration by submitting:
- A description of corrective actions taken
- Contact details of a company representative
Submit requests to:
Email: compliance@borla.com
Subject Line: DNS Reconsideration Request - [Company Name]
Borla will evaluate requests at its sole discretion. Approval of reinstatement is not guaranteed. Entities approved for removal will receive written confirmation.
