Designed to bolt to 3 bolt 3" header collectors. Use to direct exhaust gases and sound away from vehicle. Flange is loose which provides adjustablity in positioning the turn down. Bolt hole pattern is 3.88". Flange is .31" thick. Contains 1 flange and 1 turndown pipe. Mounting bolts and nuts NOT included. Built from premium, high-quality T-304 austenitic stainless steel, superior to T-400 series knockoffs (such as 409), to give you the absolute best in performance and durability.
